Refund policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our pre-order process, these pieces are crafted specifically for you with a lead time of 4–6 weeks. Consequently, all pre-orders are Final Sale and ineligible for refund or cancellation.

In-Stock Collections To maintain our standards of artisanal integrity, refunds for in-stock items are granted exclusively in the event of:

• A manufacturing fault or construction defect.

• Significant deviation from the product description.

Terms of Eligibility Inquiry must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all signature packaging and security tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or alteration.
